Coalescer Separator Skid

Dab tsi yog coalescer separator skid?

Lub coalescer separator skid muaj ib tug series ntawm coalescers, separators thiab particulate lim, uas yog tsim los kom ua tau zoo ntawm diesel roj huv huv. Cov tshuab no yog tus kheej-muaj, skid-mounted thiab muab lub vaj huam sib luag rau kev ua haujlwm siab. Cov tshuab no tuaj yeem siv tau ob qho tib si ua haujlwm ruaj khov lossis ua cov tshuab nqa tau yooj yim rau kev siv cog qoob loo.

Dab tsi yog txoj hauv kev ua haujlwm ntawm coalescer separator skid?

Nws yog tsim los ntawm coalescing sib cais system thiab particle filtration system, ib pawg ntawm coalescing lim ntsiab thiab cais lim ntsiab yog teem nyob rau hauv lub coalescing sib cais system, lub coalescing lim caij txais ib tug tshwj xeeb polar molecular qauv, thiab cov dej dawb thiab emulsified dej nyob rau hauv. cov roj yog coalesced rau hauv cov dej loj dua tom qab dhau los ntawm cov lim dej, thiab tom qab ntawd tso rau hauv dej cia los ntawm kev ua ntawm lub ntiajteb txawj nqus. Cov lim dej sib cais yog tsim los ntawm cov khoom siv tshwj xeeb hydrophobic, thiab thaum cov roj dhau los ntawm lub lim dej, cov dej ntws los ntawm cov lim dej sab nrauv thiab coalesce kom txog thaum lub ntiajteb txawj nqus nkag mus rau hauv lub tank cia dej. Cov dej sib cais tau muab tso rau hauv lub tank cia dej, thiab thaum qhov siab ntawm qhov sib txuas mus txog qhov teeb tsa, lub valve qhib kom tso dej tawm, thiab lub valve raug kaw kom tsis txhob ntws tawm. Los ntawm cov particle filtration system, nws tuaj yeem lim impurities thiab cov pa phem, ruaj khov tswj kev huv ntawm cov roj diesel hauv lub xeev uas yuav tsum tau ua, thiab xyuas kom meej cov roj purity. Cov txheej txheem lim dej no ua rau muaj txiaj ntsig zoo ntawm cov roj diesel.
